it was our first time to Puerto Rico travelling from Germany and we stayed in San Juan at the Marriott for couple days but we wanted to experience true Puerto Rico. We found this aparment on homeaway and were truly blown by it. It literally sits on the beach with breathtaking views. The villa itself is 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything is renovated, the balcony and views are unbelievable. My wife didnt want to leave this place. We stayed for one week and are already booked for next winter for two weeks when it is freezing cold in Germany. We cooked a lot in the villa, the food store is just accross. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is good as well. My wife has lower back problem so it was my concern but she slept better than at home. The beach is on of the best in Puerto Rico, it is shallow and light blue and green, also great for snorkeling. We also went to the tropical forrest El Yunque which is great if you like hiking... All in all this was a great experience and I would recommend it to anybody who wants to experience true island life, beautiful beach and also great base for excursions.. We cant wait to come back next winter.

This was the best vacation to Puerto Rico that me and my family have taken! We have been going to the island for a few years now and we always choose a hotel in the capital. This time we decided to take an adventure and try to live like a local for a few days! Best decision ever! The owners, Susana and Marco were very attentive! They gave us amazing tips from where to eat, where to go, local supermarkets! But the best part was the view from the apartment, I could lived in that balcony! The salty and refreshing breeze coming from the beach that is right in front of you! The view from "El Yunque" is magnificent! Super relaxing time, you only wish you can stay longer!!! We will definitely come back next year!!! Thank you Susana and Marco!!!

We've enjoyed a 2 month stay at this condo for 9 years. Owner is most obliging & nice to deal with. The apartment is nicely furnished & very clean. The location is ideal with the pool & beach just a short distance from the condo. Several stores & restaurants are within walking distance from the condo.

The room was well equipped and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing and everything related to the time we pass here was very pleasant.

The property was exceptionally clean, safe, conveniently located and worth every penny. This location also has all the amenities to make it a wonderful vacation stay. It features a great view of the beach and huge swimming pool with easy and secure access within a very short walking distance. The neighborhood is also very niece. The site has pleasant and helpful staff. The property owner was very friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain the facility and surroundings. I plan to request it for rent again next year.

The apartment stay was beautiful! The first night the apartment was very warm but by the morning the apartment felt great. The apartment had everything needed to comfortably stay indoors and to hang out throughout the court as well as the beach. I was there for a friend's wedding and she was happy to have been there getting ready on the day of her wedding. Thanks Susana for the lovely experience.

Fin de semana espectacular! El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasarla super. Lo mejor es que si algo faltara, Susana siempre esta a la mejor disposición para resolver. En al piso 17, con panorámica vista al mar, ubica el apartamento de Susana. La brisa es el mejor substituto del ac. La decoración denota el celo con el que Susan cuida del apartamento. Definitivamente encontré el lugar donde quedarme cuando vaya a PR.

This place was perfect...ultra clean and all the conveniences that you could think of. There were even beach chairs and snorkel gear. The view was amazing and the beach was beautiful. It was not crowded at all. The pool was huge but the beach was so nice that we never got in the pool. We had 2 very nice TVs and Wifi. I would definely suggest this very unit to anyone. Luquillo is near El Yunque . Don't miss exploring the rain forest. It is also near Fajardo which I preferred for grocery shopping and eating at Lolita's. The owner of the condo, Susana, was wonderful and went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met.
